Perched on an elevated bluff highly visible from route 89 within the City's designated Gateway Area, this 24-acre site with 32,000 SF of facilities offers spectacular views of the cliffs below. These are the first buildings in the implementation of the Coconino Community Collage master plan (developed by the Kenyon Group) for its new Page campus.

The new Page library, located at the entry to Page serves the Collage as well as local residents. The modular design solution was  for Page Education Center, which includes a learning resource center, expandable lecture facilities, classrooms, computer labs and science labs. This approach not only accommodates future incremental expansion with  optimum economy, but also allows the flexibility to open or shut down spaces as needed during the day depending on use.
