Urban sprawl is increasingly undesirable for city dwellers today. There is an increasing apprehension in Phoenix about traffic congestion, extensive commutes, lack of open spaces, and deteriorating air quality. This Multi-Family Development is a multi-story project targeted at fulfilling the expressed desire of metro Phoenix residents to live, work and play in a unique, social and economic fabric.

 The overall scope of work consists of a new 12 unit 3 story apartment complex on a lot approximately 0.37 AC. Each unit is approximately 1,150sf and makes a total structure of approximately 14000 sf with appropriate parking and site work. This project was created to stand out and be a cornerstone for the future of its neighborhood.
